Hangzhou Pax Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Pax) is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Hi Sun Technologies (China) Co., Ltd. which is publicly listed in HK stock market (stock code: 0818HK). With assets of 344 million RMB, our company is located in Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone. Our company has been specializing in developing and manufacturing static electricity meters and metering system solutions since 1990's. There are 863 employees. 40% of them have junior colleges or above education background. With much honor, our company was listed on Forbes in both 2005 and 2006 as one of the hundred potentials in China.

As a leading enterprise in China's electronic field of measuring instruments and with the ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001:2001 standards, our company has been focusing on t high-end market of this field and dedicating to developing electronic energy meter & relevant automatic systems with high technology.

Our products were praised and considered as famous ones in 2004 after well trusted by grids on its quality and have already formed an integrated chain. We mainly supply single-phase energy meters, poly-phase energy meters, power load management terminal systems, and other management systems.
